The Enhanced edition apparently has a ton of issues, have they been fixed? Have they released patches? Or is it basically the release version?

Like many, I am still waiting confirmation on fixed state, before purchasing the Enhanced version.

I see there was an Update #1 and a promise of further updates, but not seen anything more about that in a while.

What is the current state of the Enhanced version?
