After discussing with Bullet Bob, i go to the green pawn to initiate a conversation with Izo.

He shows me a camera and tries to sell it to me, then he says "have you seen this" and the game freezes every time for me.

Is this a bug someone else experienced? How can i avoid this and move forward in the game?

Could you please provide a few details for your system? Like Operating System (Windows version or Mac OS X or Linux), and whether you are using an updated version of ScummVM (GOG's version uses ScummVM to run the game).

Do you get an error message or is the freeze a software lock where you cannot press Esc or any other key to affect the game?

Also can you upload a save game from a point close to this event, on a service like Google Drive or similar, so I can check if I can reproduce it on my set up and try and fix it?

The Izo encounter cannot be avoided in the game as far as I know.

In technical details, at the point where Izo says "have you ever seen this?" the game is trying to load a new video sequence.

You could try verifying your installation data via the GOG Galaxy interface to make sure there's no integrity issues with the game's resource files.
