slingsrat: I seem to be stuck next to the Eye works and cannot get the blue arrow to proceed to the Bradbury building. Is this a bug or is there some gameplay element I need to do to make this accessible?

- You need to talk to Chew (the scientist in the EyeWorks) about Sebastian, for him to tell you that he lives in that building and how to get there.

- In order to bring up the subject of Sebastian with Chew, McCoy needs to first search the twin's lab (above Moraji's Dermo Design lab) and find Sebastian's message in the phone machine (the one on the left side of the twin's desk).
- If you hear the message, then go to Chew, talk about Sebastian until he tells you where to find him. Then the exit will become available
