So, i was playing, normally, but one time i went to the lab (until that point dino was there), and dino wasn't there, i want to know if this is normal or a bug? please?

Normal, after Runciter clues intel he is useless, and starting Act 2 (Tyrell building) he doesn't show up anymore.
