First timer user on GOG.com and what a let down; bought Blade Runner and it won't even launch - when opening it just shuts down immediately.

Any help much appreciated. Running macOS 10.14.4

I don't have a Mac but one of my friend had trouble with the Gabriel knight 20th anniversary.
It was because of this :
