It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).

My game crashes right after the intro video.
It appears an external controller library (EZFRD64.DLL) may cause the game to crash if installed on a computer. If you have a controller, please try disconnecting it before launching the game. In case that doesn't help, try launching the game in opengl mode:
In GOG Galaxy, while at Blade of Darkness game page, click on the settings icon next to 'Play' button, go to 'Manage Installation' --> 'Configure..'. Turn on 'Custom executables', scroll down click 'Add another executable'. There find Blade.exe in the game's folder and add the following in the 'Arguments' field:
-opengl

In the event you were able to launch the game only in opengl mode and you don't have a controller, we will very much appreciate a support ticket from you.

The latest patch broke my game - no solution seems to work. What have you done!
It's always like that - patches fix a group of old issues, yet they tend to introduce some new ones - we're sorry you got affected. Specifically for you, we've created a 'save harbor' - a rollback branch that features one of the latest and stable builds. How to access it:
First, you need GOG Galaxy and you need to restart it. Next - Find Blade in your library, click settings button on the right from the purple 'Play' button --> 'Manage installation' --> 'Configure...' --> Beta channels --> rollback. You can always check which build is currently on the rollback branch in the Changelog thread. We recommned to always stay on the latest build, but if you're out of options, rollback is one more thing you can try. Please do not report bugs, while playing on the rollback build.
