Movement and control is HORRIBLY LAGGY, and it just feels like 'alpha' software. Original was much more playable than this.

Not for me. It plays just fine with the same controls I remember. Perhaps the game is not for you or your computer.

I haven't noticed any issues, besides some minor weird audio hiccups. The game pretty much runs the same.
