I realize this is more of an FAQ issue, but I feel like I'm in my own personal hell here.

I've killed everyone and I've gone down every corridor and lift and I can't seem to find the Green Gem. This seems to be the one thing stopping me from progressing along in the game.

I've found both the blue and red gems and placed them in their proper places. I can't understand what I've missed.
