No, the only bow is that one. If there was another bow, it would be in the item list. Just like weapons and food/potions. In a cutscene in Ianna temple, though, a goblin is seen wearing a somewhat different bow, heavily ornamented, too. Problem is, this goblin spawns on a location not accessible (at least through normal gameplay) and even if you kill it with bow, it never throws its bow from above to your feet (like other enemies wielding bows do, from high locations).
