It's rare that I notice art for having a powerful effect on me, but in blackwell epiphany, I felt that the colors and ambience of each location brought something subtly extra to the table. Awesome.

If you haven't already you should replay the game with the commentary enabled. The artist has something to say on the backgrounds most of the time.
