I can't finish game...Rosa is in the mental ward and joey can't wake her up.. If you switch to Rosa she's out on the ledge in the void with her auntie..If you try and get her to exit she just talks to her aunt and the aunt just tells her to enjoy the scenery..Switching back to Joey if he goes in the Dr's cell theres nothing to blow like a scalpal..Is this a bug? :-X

I have just finished the game so I have this fresh in my mind. Of course, I hope OP found the answer back then. In case anyone else wonders about it in the future...

This is a bit counter-intuitive because you have to do the same twice and expect different results. If you try to talk to Rosangela when the asylum section starts, it is a dead end. However, after Joey has explored and done everything he can do in the hospital, he can go back to Rosa and this time the dialogue has a different effect.
