According to Steam
and their post on X:

Updated Unity engine version (together with consoles)
Graphical improvements:
Fixed the shadow artifacts
Increased the shadow quality

Updated splash screen to use new image
Fixed a bunch of broken shaders
Fixed Infinite loading when changing focus during loading screens
Adjustments to Cloth physics

Looks like to coincide with the next-gen console release. I hope they fix some of the other minor bugs too.

There are STILL bugs on xbox serie X version, but you can consider this has the ultimate version now...
