You mean the usual:

French, Spanish, German, Polish, maybe some Swedish and Danish? Russian?

English is no that hard to understand, ingame it is quite easy to follow and understand.
Less common words, like medical , or technical words and phrases may become a problem, then again it is no that hard to complete a game that is 100% in English.

Google is our friend: alt tab to the browser ( make sure to have a browser window open ) and look up the English word(s) that may trouble you.

99.5 % of every game i play is Englishlanguage ( the few in Dutch language are from DENDA: they release games in Dutch and also some in French language.

EDIT:

o, you refer to German language? sorry i must have overlooked the text.
German is usally present as is French , Dutch is never present which is no problem , cause games in Dutch look silly.

Dutch cartoons sound silly, if and when i watch a Disney movie i choose Belgian language, they are much better and a lot more funny than any Dutch voiceover.

I've compared the language list on Steam to the one on GOG and unless I'm mistaken, they're identical - it's just that the order is a bit different and GOG uses the native way to spell the names of the languages ("русский" = "Russian", for example).

I've also read the review here on GOG which complains about the GOG version only including English and Russian while the Steam version allegedly includes more languages. I don't own the game on either store, so out of curiosity: Can anyone confirm that the Steam version includes more languages? I saw a post from April on the Steam forum which says they're PLANNING to do a Spanish translation (https://steamcommunity.com/app/1143810/discussions/0/3075370188234360797/). So it's possible both the Steam and GOG versions only include English and Russian at the moment, but the devs are planning to ultimately have translations for all of the languages listed on the stores. It's an in-development game, after all.

On an unrelated note, I checked which languages the Epic Games Store mentions (they're the same) and I just realised the game sells for 44,99 Euros over there.... that's gotta be a mistake, right?
