Some notes so far, hope it's helpful (all constructive, I'm enjoying the game)
General
• Show roll attempts
• More details for spells descriptions, such as the specifics of what the caused status effects do exactly.
• Highlighted squares for equipment allocation to make it easier to see
• Bug: when in first hut with old crone, and if your weight allowance is over, you won’t be able to receive a candle, even if you reduce your weight.
• First interaction with Helgenhar could do with a bit more substance to beef it out
• Arriving at city prompt no dialogue with Helgenhar. He should make his wants know to his party once arriving at his said destination
• Interaction with beggars– Can’t give 1coin? That’s a classic action with beggars.
• Noticed that NPC’s throw quests at you, and then there are dialogue options saying “why would you ask a stranger to run an errand?”. It pulls you out of the story and just seems like poor writing. Would be much more immersive if we asked what the problem was and we were able to push for the quest ourselves.
• Scholar constantly says “you can’t be serious” every time you click on something or move to a new area. A bit too much.
• Commander’s Perks for the Helgenhar give no bonuses to the team. At least not that I can see based on the icons on the portraits, which don’t come up
• Locked doors can’t be forced, but there is no text telling you this is a failed attempt, or that this is not an action that can be done.
• First interaction with Siracca she dies easily and you lose her as a companion. She should be a little bit hardier, or not die at all in this instance so recruiting her is always an option.
• Pressing ‘E’ and ‘Esc’ every time you want to loot all is tedious. An Idea would be to allow ‘space’ to take all and exit at the same time. Will be a massive time saver.
