Was playing the game at a solid 150fps. But ever sence I entered and left that bar in Neptunes Bounty, I get regular swings to 10fps or lower. I literally cant progress because I cant center the redicle on an enemy.

Just standing still, looking at the floor, the framerate is occilating between 50fps and 15. weird.

Does anyone have a fix for this?

I'm running Win10 64
Intel Core i7 3.07GHz
16.0 GB RAM
NVIDIA 980 GTX

I encountered this as well. It also happened in another small area in Fort Frolic. Nothing to do I'm afraid but load a previous save and hope it doesn't happen again.
