Am I doing something wrong?

Not doing anything different but lately, and definitely today after claiming
*BioShock Infinite Complete Edition, and
The Talos Principle: Gold Edition ...there is just nothing there.

I retried one of the codes* once using the Galaxy client, and then I logged in to the online store but it didn't help.

Now the Online store was encrouaging and there was a message that state due to high volume etc., it'd show up and I think it said 'don't worry'. Well- not sure it'd come to that but hey I was just checking to see if I was alone on this I guess.

Besides - what with the give-aways that GOG does, and then my own situation where I'm able to use our Prmie acct for further benefit, THIS is an excellent opportunity to say a long over-due thank you to GOG and a-n-yone else involved for being gracious with the give-aways. Thank you so much !!!! Honestly.

If it's your own prime account, and no one else could have access to the key: It's just a matter of gog's servers being overloaded with redeem requests. So they put the requests in a queue, and process them one by one, which at peak times can really take up to half a day or so. (I'll assume yours will have successfully shown up by now.)

If it's a code you got from someone else, who might've given it to several people: same thing, but only the very first person to try redeeming the code will actually get it, and from your side, you can't tell if that was you until the game actually shows up in your library, since the messages before that point are the same for everyone who tries to redeem the same key.

thank you gogtrial...
this response is only 4 hrs after yours and 14hrs since I was whining about it.
In my own defense I'd slept a couple/few hrs each day, for the last few days, so - I really wasn't thinking
patiently or clearlly. I slept most of the last 14 hrs - so your instruction, and patience is most welcomed.
Than you.

Yes, both of the Prime keys that I submitted last night for claim arrived in my library.

ever grateful
