Last infos is "mid 2019" "summer 2019" so we can except a last trailer/gameplay at E3 2019 and the game for summer 1-3 months later.

They said it was going to be in mid 2019, but now I'm posting this in mid october, and there is niether a released game nor even the sugestion of a proper release date. The way things are going, its looking more, and more like this is going to be another "never to release" title. Which is sad because I deffinately would have gotten the game otherwise.

currently there are speculations (based on an Interim Report of Empracer Group) statt it will be released in the fiskal year of 2020 (so no sooner then April 2020), but its just speculation with no real evidence..
