JulianMarpezSedo: I don't really want to complain. At all. But what is the reason for tis game to not feature controller support? Especially considering the fact that these games have been in consoles for a decade...
Mighty Linux Man: I think you probably know the reason. They made all of the money they could out of the console versions, and decided to do a quick cash grab version for the PC.
How many times have we seen it before? The idea is that no one on PC has ever been able to play these games so you will just be grateful to have any version, and they of course, can save a lot of time and money by giving you an inferior version of the game and not really have to worry about backlash.
I don't want to complain either. See how well that works out for them?
On a more helpful note, I'm sure you can use a controller with one of the controller programs available. I think you might even be able to play with a PS4 controller without doing that if you have one. I know you probably don't own a PS4 controller if you're playing on PC, but I have the game on PC and the PS4 so I thought it was worth mentioning just in case.
Sad thing, huh? I think you are pretty much spot on.
By the way, I actually have a PS4 controller, and I have played GOG games with it before, but the programs I use are not very trustable... in fact, to make them work, I have to uninstall them once I finished a gaming session, and install them again each time I want to play, hahaha.
Any suggestions? I currently use InputMapper (1.7.7452.13622) and ViGEmBus (1.21.442_x64_x86_arm64), but I'm open to new ones!
