There's many games that, for whatever reason, fly under the radar. There's many reasons why, but it's too late now. What matters now is that GOG has one of the best, most under-appriciated games in all of recent gaming for a low price of $10.
Beyond Good & Evil is a touching story of a photojournalist who gets caught in a government conspiracy, and ends up fighting for not just her friends, but the fate of her country. This game is perhaps the epitome of the underdog's struggle against all odds, and Ubisoft managed to pull it off maintaining a Teen rating with very little violence.
When it released, Beyond Good & Evil was just one game in a sea of generic, violence driven sequels that had little or no soul to them. BG&E has heart, soul, and an amazing story. This game, if you give it the chance, will etch a permanent mark into your gaming memory, as it is one of the most, if not THE most, memorable experiences of it's time.
