So I'm basically in the final mission, and I have a huge problem with one part. I come to a place with 2 guards, and barely any blocks, crates, or whatever to sneak by. I can't fight them, if I shoot one with my gyrodisc launcher in the gas container thingy, the other one simply helps him, I can't fight them in the open, and I absolutely NEED to either sneak by or kill them both to advance to the next room. It's the first part after you:

You started good. I Just shot gas bootle of one of guards then, when second one go toward I shoot at his bootle too. Rest is piece of cake...

Yes. When I shoot one of the guys, the other faces himself towards me so I can't see or shoot his gas bottle. That's the problem.

If its the bit igor thinks it is, which from how you describe it I would have to agree, then how I did it was to shoot one of the guards when he was as far away as possible from the other. I then ran full speed over to the guy I shot and kicked him in the back. Then if you dodge the first gaurd enough in close combat he eventually drops his defense and you can get a flurry of attacks in, it takes a couple of times doing this but he eventually goes down as well, allowing you to continue on.

Well, if I run up and kill one of them, the other will kill me eventually. Even if I hit him a few times, he has me in a few hits, and I'd have to wack him for like 3 hours before he dies. I'll try it out, but after failing about a million times already, I'm tired of it. I'll check tomorrow. Damn, so close to the end!

Maybe I used the special attack on him, do the same thing but when hes attacking all you have to do to not get hit is dodge around him in a circle in a single direction. It should make it very hard for him to hit you, then when he runs out of energy attacking you can then either try holding the attack down to do a super attack on him or dodge around to his back and hit him there.
