I'm thinking about revisiting BGAE because I never beat the final boss, but I don't feel like playing through the entire game again (despite how good and atmospheric the game is). I'd simply like to be able to say I completed it, so if anyone has a save game close to the final boss, I could use it. Thanks.

Still looking for a save near final boss? I have the last 5 games I saved, not sure which one is at the final boss sequence but you could put them into the game and then load them. Reply and I'll upload them here.

I finished the game first time I played, but as I've gotten older my reflexes have slowed and I haven't been able to beat it on subsequent replays.

I didn't realize there was a 500K limit on file size, my saves are 532K each and at any rate GoG would only allow me to upload one file. I don't know how to get them to you, unless by email. I'm open to suggestions about how to do it.

edit: nevermind, I found relevant saves online and finally beat the final boss, after probably 10 years since first playing the game. :)
