Only went to the "tutorial" section cuz all particles in game were flashing and glitchy. HUD was also glitching, and there are black-bars on the top and bottom - I know! - of the screen when running at 1920x1080, and the game graphic was stretched. Help!

Those black bars are part of the game. It's being purposefully rendered to give that "widescreen" effect on a 4:3 display. On a proper widescreen aspect ratio, everything will just be stretched across. You try this fix ( http://www.wsgf.org/dr/beyond-good-evil ) to get proper widescreen.

As for the glitchy graphics, you can try turning off Hardware Vertex Processing in the config menu, but it might eat your frames per second.
Thanks! Problem fixed.
Thank you Grilledfish, that solved stretch and glitches!
