Alright I am having a TON of graphical based problems with the game, but the biggest is the fact that the config menu does not display anything under resolutions, its just blank and clicking does nothing.....this results in the game running in a small box in the center of my screen

Windows 8 pro 64-bit
i5 ivy
GTX 660ti
8 GB of ram
The graphical bugs I was having were more or less fixed by putting the game in Win7 compatibility mode (tho that means having to play with blue window boarders even in full screen)...... HOWEVER the settings menu STILL will not display any resolutions, making it impossible to change

Please write to our Support department about this issue and make sure to include your DxDiag file with your email. Thank you :D.
Found a Fix more my problems........The config menu works when set to 'XP SP3' compatibility mode' and turning off 'HW Vertex Processing' and 'Multi vertex stream' fixed the graphical bugs
I was able to change the resolution using Window 98/ME compitability mode (XP SP3 mode results in an appcrash for me).
I used save and then disabled the compatiblity mode again, went into the registry (regedt.exe)
Navigated to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Ubisoft\Beyond Good & Evil"
There should now be "SETTIN~1.INI" and "SettingsApplication.INI",
go to "SETTIN~1.INI\Basic video" and copy the value of "Mode" to "SettingsApplication.INI\Basic Video" --> "Mode"

Get a f u c k i n g refund you a s s h o l e. It's not our job to fix broken, fraudulent games that have been sold as "working" games. If it's broken, get a bloody refund. Hold the devs and publishers responsible and speak with the only language these greedy mother f u c k e r s understand: money. STOP GIVING YOUR MONEY TO THESE F U C K I N G CRIMINALS! THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE. THEY TAKE MONEY FROM PEOPLE WITH THE PROMISE THAT WE'RE GETTING A WORKING PRODUCT. THAT'S THE FOUNDATION OF CAPITALISM. EVERYONE WHO BUYS THIS BROKEN PIECE OF S H I T IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESTRUCTION OF THE ENTIRE GAMING INDUSTRY. IF WE ALL SEND THE BROKEN CRAP BACK, THEY'LL REVERT BACK TO QA/QC, WHICH WAS ESSENTIALLY FREE FOR THESE F U C K I N G CORPORATIONS, AND THEY'LL CONFIRM A BUG FREE, WORKING PRODUCT; THAT'S WHAT WAS DONE WHEN WE ONLY HAD A PHYSICAL PRODUCT LIKE CD'S AND DVD'S. IF THERE WAS A BUG IN A GAME BACK THEN IT WOULD HAVE DESTROYED THE COMPANY. EVERY CD/DVD WOULD HAVE TO BE RECALLED AND EVERYONE WOULD GET THEIR MONEY BACK. THEY'D GO BANKRUPT. NOW, YOU JUST TAKE THEIR S H I T AND ASK FOR MORE. YOU'RE ALL F U C K I N G R E T A R D S ! ! !
