trying again since I forgot to mark it as a question when I first posted. how do you get the tuning fork in linc? I got to the spot where it is but I can't blind the eyeball and when I try and pick it up the eyeball zaps me.
also the walkthrough says there is supposed to be a shed down on the garden level with something in it I need to take for later but I can't find the shed.
I'm totally stuck at this point so any help is appreciated

You have to blind the eyeball from the other side and then run around to the tunning fork as quickly as possible. That eye will remain blinded for alot longer then the other one that blocks the door.
The shed is also on garden level below the pond. If you find the kid and the gardener go down from them and go below the pond. The shed will be on a screen all of its own between them and further to the left the club.

I tried for a half hour to get the tuning fork before the eye's blindness wore off but couldn't do it. I gave up and deleted the game.
I really hate it when adventure games incorporate timed sequences or arcade sequences because some of us lack the patience or skill to be able to do them.

Its a shame you deleted it, you can actually slow the speed of the game down which makes it alot easier to do this part.
I cannot get to the tuning fork can any one help please
i can't get that darn fork either, ready to quit, what does he mean blind the eye ball from the OTHER SIDE? do you mean the first eyeball

Yes the first eyeball thats overlooking the tuning fork. If you turn the game speed way down so you have time to do everything you blind this first eyeball from across the gap. Then run around to where the tuning fork is and pick it up. The first eyeball will remain blinded for alot longer then the second eyeball.
I don't remember the exact route to get to the tuning fork but thats the method used to get it.

The game lets you slow down time so this is really easy when you know what to do
