I don't like asking for help. Please do not hear me saying I Mind asking for help, only I just don't like to. I don't know if I can articulate the difference only it's there. I saw a post from about 3 yrs ago, with a similar subject: I'm Stuck, so I just decided to ask.
What initially caught my attention was some talk about the Security Manual(s). Original, and self described (alternate version) so I parked them both on my SSD. Opening, in this case, the pdf of the Alternate version, on page 33 I found what is also described by the authors as "spoiler", so hints which inlcuded information Right Up to where I'm stuck interestingly enough. After the furnace and up the stairs there's a walkway with several EXIT points. Mysteriously at some point the security officer disappears along with Dodd I think his name is. The old fella in the workshop where you find the spanner or wrench. Eventually I gained access to several items, once Joey received his new Welder shell, only to have my lubricant, key, and probably something else too taken away from me by Capt Clipboard out there (who's job it is to record 'figures'.) So I have a wrench, and plastic explosives (among other things: crowbar/an ID badge ...)
That's where I'm at. I like this feature of Galxay the very, very most because I can indeed come here and do ...well, THIS, and not have to open a browser. Way to go GOG.
Any bump up the progresson ladder at this point would be helpful. I cannot wait to play the next iteration of this game so... Hurry Up will ya!?! =P
