I'm trying to run BASS on my 64-bit Win7 laptop, but every time I try to start it up, SCUMM fires up, disappears in an instant (it does say some stuff, but it's too fast to discern), and nothing happens. Any ideas?

I have a Win 7 64-bit myself and it worked for me.
Few ideas:
- try reinstalling the game
- when you run the game try to press PAUSE or make a screen shot of the message - this will help establish your problem.

I have to right click and select to run it in admin mode on windows otherwise it never starts for me.
