I know this is an absurd question but is there a save feature in this game? And if so how, how do you do it?! Thanks :)

Pressing F5 brings up the menu, you then have to clcik on the 'Save' button.

I can't get F5 to do anything either - no menu or flickering or anything. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure.

If it's a laptop it could be related to the Fn key and its funcionality in regards to the F# keys.

Unfortunately not. Desktop PC. Win7. It's a wireless keyboard, but I don't think that should affect it. I was looking forward to playing this game, and also Lure of the Temptress. :(

Edit: Ah! Finally search turned up something. One post on the SCUMMVM forums suggested Ctrl+F5, which didn't work, but then I tried Alt+F5 and that brought up the Save/Restore dialog box.

Awesome, now you can enjoy the game.

Thanks for taking the time to post the solution btw, that's bound to help someone should they come across the same problem.
I'm in the exact same boat, desktop, Win7, wireless keyboard, but no menu. F5, Ctrl+F5, Alt+F5, nothing works. The game runs fine, but I have no way to save.

Screw it - I plugged in an old keyboard and it works fine. Evidently had something to do with my wireless and how the function keys are programed.

I can save it fine, and this might sound dumb but i'm new to this.
My problem is after i save it and exit, i cant return to my saved game unless i watch the long intro first. once the intro is gone i can load it to my game fine.
does anyone now how i can just start where i left off instead of watching the intro first? thanks!
For people still having a problem with saving the game & f5, CTRL+f5 or ALT f5 aren't working I found another solution. I found pressing FN+f5 worked for me. Hope this helps.

For me it was fn F5. Also escape seems to skip the intro. And my mac has no right click, I discovered command plus mousepad click equals success.
