does anybody know what to do after the first little bit of the game where Joey opens the door and sees the Security symbol on the wall of the building opposite the on he exits out of? thanks for you time

That's my problem too... The rung doesn't work, and the walk-through just says to reopen it, but doesn't say how... :(

Right click on the door to open it and get back inside
