After talking to anita to get the shrieberman port and making Lamb a D-Linc, I have to make joey seduce the hologram at the biosurgery store. Problem is, I don't have the option to make him seduce her and i ran out of options to talk to her.

I don't remember what the exact option was, but I do know Joey bluffs about having a connection to Overman if you pick the right one. I think the option was either make something up or try something else. I really can't remember it too well.

You need to have Joey use his "natural charm"

Well if I remember correctly what you need to do is click all the dialogue options for the hologram and then talk to Joey about it.
