So I saw this posted in the comments of the game's page:

I am interested in buying the Sexy version and am holding off on getting the Beautiful version for the time being. I would think that like most Adult games on GOG, the content from Sexy would be made available later as an UNRATED DLC, but I don't want to buy stuff on assumptions.

Maybe you should consider refunding. But don't be highly enthusiastic, SEXY Mystic Survivors is currently also fraud.
They packed the censored version into the offline-installers of the deemed uncensored version.

From what I can tell. You are better off getting this on Steam as its more fluid and not having all this hassle from GoG which is ashamed as I was going to buy this on GoG over on Steam. But as @zeerogog said, this is almost becoming a scam and their Discord server is having issues.
