Can confirm this problem as well, on top of the game not recognizing analog triggers or the D-pad despite using an Xbox One controller with a Bluetooth dongle (how is that Beat Hazard 2 doesn't have this problem?). Also, why can't I download my Humble Store version for Windows anymore? I could have sworn the DRM-free version on Humble also had the Golden Ship as well but it's not in the GOG version. There's no V-sync option like in the previous version/releases too.

For fullscreen, I press Alt+Enter when I launch the game, it seems to switch between windowed and fullscreen.
