Hello,

I bought this game 10 minutes ago and it wont' start. Game screen goes black and makes a ding sound but nothing shows up. Have to ctrl-alt-del the game to get it to close. Anyone dealt with this before?

Follow up,

I was contacted by customer support and they reviewed all my system info. Was directed to reinstall drivers and the game. I did so and it now works. I inititally downloaded the game with terrible internet, it's possible it didn't download the whole game correctly. Thanks for all the help Pixel Crow :)
