As of the beginning of my first flashpoint (Joint Venture), my game is not saving automatically,when I try to save manually it is greyed out and mousing over the button reveals a tooltip that indicates it will not save after the start of a mech's turn or when an event is active. Attempting to load a game while the game is running gives an error: Save in Progress message. Attempting to shut down the game was also taking a long time, so I used the task manager to close the program. I immediately restarted the game to find out when the last save was, and that was at the beginning of Joint Venture. This time it closed normally.
