After the inclusion of Urban, what happened to the Restoration? The Directorate is back in power, do we have to clear each planet again to get Lady Arrano back in her rightful place?

I already won the original story and got her back in power, what's up?

It's a bug that was caused by the urban warfare latest patch. Today new patch came out that should fix that (but it didn't help me). Reload Your safe and check it again.

Switched from my original campaign to my second ( I have 2 carrer games as well ).

Second Campaign has the Arrano Restoration. Went back to the first and it still has the Directorate.

It will be interesting to see how/if this clears up. I know this is a complicated program, stuff gona happen.
