Last patch to 1.3.2

then nothing ( missing patch 1.3.2. to 1.4.x/1.5.x)

New patch 1.5.0 to 1.5.1

Is there a patch missing ????

I do not play galaxy and now I would like to update
to latest version.

This way I could also not use any new dlc

Any other way to update without deinstallation
and new install ?? (Possibly losing any campaign progress)
