First off, I like the game. It's fun so far, but there are some things that are making me mad and making want to quit playing... Here they are:
1) The GPU usage is insane.
2) It still chugs at times, for what seems like no real reason. Especially when loading a map or making AI decisions.
3) I can't pause/cancel Argo upgrade
4) Can't change out engines
5) Finding tonnage on enemy mechs is difficult to follow because...
6) The damn camera is insane! I'm either looking at a canyon wall, or bouncing around the map. I turned everything off and it still moves me around the map to stupid stuff.
7) As a side note, Why only show an enemy mechs tonnage when it is moving?
8) I can't see the status of my mechs until it is my turn, I should be able to click on my mechs at any time and see what shape they are in.
9) This is my biggest pet peave... When I start a map, let me run with all my mechs to where ever I want for the first round. Right now it's a race to rapidly click all 4 mechs into position before the first one finishes his move and sees registers an enemy.
10) The way it lists information in the mech bay is difficult/odd at best. If I remember correctly it lists # of slots and damage, but not tonnage for weapons...
11) Having to sit and wait for days to pass in real time is a poor time descision. I feel like I'm playing a clicker/harvesting game. Those should be left to webgames. I dont want to have to wait for the clock to tick down. I should be able to jump ahead in time if I want to when waiting for a repair, travel, healing, etc.
12) Having SRM and LRM systems listed under the same category makes it difficult to get to the SRMs.
13) Movement really needs an undo. A player shouldn't be punished for a mis-click. I've had accidents where I wound up with my back to an enemy mech for no reason.
14) The interface for actual gameplay seems sloppy, It's difficult to tell what order your mechs are going to be in.
15) Last one, I want to know the bonuses each mechwarrior has when I am choosing them before a mission. Just telling me that he has a Piloting 8 doesnt help. I want to know the specifics bonus. Makes it difficult to match a mechwarrior to a mech.

That about covers it.
Tutorial didn't explain some of the mechwarrior stats. Had the vaguest idea what guts does. Now that I read a guide, I'm restarting.

Oh and it would've been nice to do some arms trading, you know, shipping high tech weaponry and selling it in devastated low tech planets. Not the main game I know, but it would've been nice.

7) I always thought that with the way the sensors work, you can only get a guess at the tonnage of a mech when it is moving because is measures how much the ground is shaking or something like that. When the mech stands still, there is no way to tell how much weight is sitting on that spot. Honestly is should still be able to just retain this information on mechs that you already observed moving ealier, gut I guess the game just forgot to implement conditions for that.

9) Getting interrupted while out of combat only happens in the game if you move into line of sight of an enemy. So if you were not to run directly towards the target, you can take all the time you like.

10) It totally lists the tonnage for weapons if you hover over that piece. I guess you mean without hovering? But then the #crit slots is also not shown ( shows damage, stability damage and heat per shot). While there is some space left there that could be used for showing tonnage I am guessing they did not want to overwhelm people npot familiar with BT with further information while the experts already know the tonnage of most systems by heart anyway.

11) I assume they wanted to got for a more immersive approach here. I would not mind getting a way to jump ahead to a specific point for more player choice, but given how sometimes random events can happen in between I guess implementing that is not entirely trivial.

12) I think the list resetting to the top all the time you move something to or away from it is the even more glaring issue, as with lots of +,++,+++ stuff later just scrolling through it takes more time than it should and you have to redo it for every single piece.

14) I think that is perfectly clear. Maybe you did missed the phase numbers on you mechs? I guess it would be slightly clearer if those were also on the portrait below, but I never had any doubts regarding when and which of my people could act.
try to use tab key.

can cycle your mechs during your phase & enemies before attacking, dont have to mouse around the map that way.
Right-Clicking on an enemy brings up it's status as long as one of your mech can see it.
