I know this is a bit nit-picky but I would really like to be able to organize my Mechs. Is there any way to reorder them in the mech bay? I mean other than putting everything into storage and bringing it back out again?

Seems like that should be a simple thing to provide.

Not yet, there isn't. For right now, you've got to store and retrieve in order to arrange your 'Mechs.
