It should automatically show up in your library when you make the purchase. If it has not then contact GOG support. If it has then just install and play whenever you like, no need to wait.

Ok found the code but no clue where to use it. I tried in the redeem code area for gog but said it was not one of theirs. Maybe it is for paradox?

The product page mentions you'll need a paradox account to redeem any kickstarter or pre-order dlc.

Code should just be for the extras. The bonus game should just show up in your GOG Library without it.

i did Kickstarter on Battletech, and I am otherwise new to GOG, so i dont know how this works. are Kickstarter backers included in the pre-order bonus for the shadowrun game? if so, how do i claim it.

The special deal is for those who purchased Battletech on GOG within the specified time frame. I do not think it is available for backers since that was a transaction between them and HBS directly.

In your library on web GOG you can see serial for Shadow Hawk DLC. You have to start the game. Log in with Paradox account (if you don't have one you have to create it). Then on the top right is button Manage and in the new window there is Redeem code. Here you should insert the code for Shadow Hawk. For me it takes several minutes of waiting before code was accepted. After that you should have special Shadow Hawk build in MechBay if you switch off Stock button.

Beware - if you log off from Paradox in game, the Shadow Hawk probably disapper and you have to log in with Paradox account again.
