So for some stupid reason the saves are under "AppData/Local/GOG.com/Galaxy/Applications/50593543263669699/Storage/Shared/Files/C0/SGS1"

How do I fix this so they are put in a sensible place along side all the other settings?

Umm, wow, that is one heck of a save file location. I don't have galaxy and it saved to the same location.
