1. - how to access in-game photo mode? I can't see any option
2. - what about game updates? do we buy the game new again?

OK, I found it... or someone else actually did
at replay you press ESCAPE key on the keyboard
and then there are the controls on screen for video and photo mode

that should be put in the game manual !
