For the Steam version, Battlestar Galactica Deadlock has user savegames in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\{user_id}\544610\remote
Where is progress saved for the GoG version??

Oh! Just found it, progress and other things are saved in:
C:\Users\[user]\Documents\Black Lab Games\BSG
