... same here!! I thought I was going crazy.

I'm getting somewhat solid 30 FPS, but a black screen, with subtitles fluidly animated - but the video won't play.

I have a black screen until midway through, when there's a still frame, then it's playing properly just when the view approaches the station at the end. Music's there too, but no voiceover.

I saw the 30 FPS and was like, well that seems like an odd choice, but okay that's how it's supposed to be, apparently.
Then, I saw the intro on youtube.

Also, Galaxy repeatedly loses the game. I download and install, it's there and all fine - until after Galaxy restart(s), at random, it says "ready to install". Importing folder says, "no game found". TF's going on here...?

Hi, if you are both still experiencing this issue, can you kindly post your pc/laptop specs?

Thanks,

I have a Pentium 266 dual core , 4 gigs of ram , a 2gig NVIDIA video card windows 7 64 bit. Strange thing I had read somewhere that if you delete the config folder in documents for the game that the videos will play. This seemed to be the case for me to a point. as now I can see them but they start late and only part of the cut scene plays now.

Thanks for your reply Jumrh69, can you possibly send me a dxdiag report?

How to create a diagnostic report (DxDiag):

1. On the keyboard, press “Windows”.

2. In newly opened window Run type “dxdiag” (without quotes) and click OK button.

3. Click on “Save All Information…” and save the file on your hard drive

4. Click the “Exit” button to quit DirectX Diagnostic Tool.

If you can send this to me directly via the support@slitherine.co.uk (mark it for a/o Adam) that would be great.

Thank you
