Not initially, two different games as of now.
GOG version will most likely be fixed, but at a much later time. So yes, Steam it is. Everything goes from there. Things are difficult with BR, but we're trying to make it right now.

Battle Realms on Steam received proper widescreen support and some other graphics options. I hope these will be added to GOG release eventually.
