For some reason, I encounter no heroes when playing against the AI in skirmish mode, no matter what the difficulty is set to or what AI personality I choose - even Zymeth seems reluctant to send his best warriors into the fray. I don't remember this from the game before GOG; it seems I had to confront Greyback and Zymeth and others personally on the battlefield. Does anybody know why this is, and whether there is a way to fix it? ...I have played around with custom AI, to no avail.
