*edit* Never mind, i found the problem.

Game was startet in single map mode.

For everyone else having this Problem:
Go to Menu \ New Campaign \ Start

Problem should not occur any more now.

Also: If you play in training mode you will not propress to the next mission. You have to start it manually.
