Hello,do mods work with GOG version? I checked several mods at nexus and they all include only instructions how to instal it on steam version.

Though I've not tried it myself, if they're on Nexus they should work on GoG version.

I have tried installing mods from nexus mods into my GoG version without success. I installed the mods in the correct location (Data folder) and received a warning from the game that it detected mods. Despite this, the mods don't seem to be active.

I successfully added mods from Nexusmods to my GOG version of Battle Brothers. The key thing is to follow instructions and download the "modding script hooks" mod, which seems to be necessary for most (but maybe not all) mods available on Nexusmods.

Is this "modding script hooks" also necessary for Steam version or only apply to GOG versions and/or games?
