Although the save from season 1 is present on my computer (as slot 1), I can't import it and only the Recreate option is available when I start episode 1 of The Enemy Within.
I have checked the support page for this issue on Telltale web site (https://telltale.com/support/article/bat2-save-import/) but does not found any answer to my issue.
I have even tried to reinstall season 1 to upload my save to Telltale server (this operation seems to have succeeded) but when I use Extras > Import from The Enemy Within, I only get a message saying that no save can be found on Telltale server.

I have the same problem.....i reinstalled batman the telltale series uploaded my save to telltale cloud....i go to telltale page and i see my choises from season 1 but when i try to import my save to season 2 i get the message that i have no save file...i don't want to recreate that is why i kept my saves from season 1....please help

Problem solved....in c:\documents telltale games i have 2 folders....one batman the enemy within and one batman the telltale series...erase the saves files from batman the enemy within and copy the saves from the telltale series....start batman the enemy within and import save....that worked for me....

Since tonymontana4's didn't work for me (the import option did appear, but after the import, the game froze irreversibly), I continued experimenting and found a different solution that did work for me. The first season's save files were located in a directory called "Batman Series" --- I changed this suspicious-looking directory name to "Batman The Telltale Series" and the import worked.
