Hello!

Was playing AO and I encountered this: https://imgur.com/a/EwdxUND. It's a document with Cyrillic text. I tried google, but could only find results regarding language options with the game itself, and not this specific item. The newspapers and stuff around it are all in English. Can anyone make out what it is?

Edit: I forgot to mention this was found in the sewers beneath GCPD. It's when you have to scan the body in the morgue.
