So, when you are solving crimes and at the end, you interrogate a suspect, the dialogue with Alfred after the interrogation sometimes completely skips. That is because one interrogation animation is bugged. Whenever you get the one where Batman just grabs the target by the neck and holds him mid-air, the dialogue will skip after that. If you get this one and want to hear the dialogue, ALT+F4 immediately before the game saves so you can try again. To get around this, you have to get ANY other interrogation animation. I've had the most success with stepping on their face while they are laying on the ground (like 70% success rate), so make sure the interrogation target is laying on the ground after the fight. Then, as they are laying there, approach them from the direction of their legs, move towards their torso and while holding W, press E the moment you physically bump into them. This should result in the "step on their face" animation and the dialogue after should not skip. If you fail, quit the game and try again.

The same also happens in the "cleanup" mission from Gordon after you finish the game
