The physics in this game are done absolutely horribly (adversely affected by framerate). The higher you go, the more "jumpy" everything gets. From capes or clothing to hair or breasts. It is easiest to see on Batman's cape while indoors (no wind). Even when you are completely motionless, a part of the cape will be perpetually flapping. This gets worse the higher you go in frame rate and where it previously wiggled only in one spot, now almost the entire cape will be moving in some way. The game allows you to go to 90 FPS max by default, but even that is distracting enough in cutscenes. I landed on 60 FPS and even that is borderline. It was only ever truly optimized for 30 FPS (thanks consoles...) and going all the way down to 30 practically eliminates it but playing at that framerate is akin to torture.

Just putting this out there as a warning because it was truly immersion breaking in cutscenes when I unlocked the FPS to 240 :P
I never picked up on that. Thanks for the heads up. The worst one IMO is the "enhanced" light shaft. When you turn it off, a beam of light (like from a chopper) looks pretty good. When turned on, the spotlight becomes one large, solid beam.

Well, it fully depends on you monitor. If you can go to 60 max, then yeah, I can see how you might not notice as it's pretty minor to write it off as acceptable. But on 240, Batman's cape was literally dancing non-stop when it should've been motionless, Ivy's breasts and hair was wild in the first cutscenes etc.

I will toy around with the light shaft option.

EDIT:
Even on 60 FPS, the terrible physics are extremely noticeable on Scarecrow in cutscenes. The vials in the "vial belt" he has around his shoulders jiggle extremely whenever he is moving. But other than that, haven't encountered anything too bad in my 60 FPS playthrough.
